PromptSaathi is designed so that we do not collect, store, sell, or share any user data.
When you click the enhance button, the text you typed is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server solely to generate an improved prompt, and the result is sent back to you.
We do not store your text. Our server is stateless: it does not save, log, or retain your prompts, your IP address, or any identifier. The extension has no sign-up, no analytics, no cookies, and no advertising or tracking code. It does not read your browsing history and only runs on the AI chat sites listed in its permissions (chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, gemini.google.com, claude.ai), and only acts when you click its button.
Only your output-language preference (English/Hinglish), saved in your own browser via Chrome storage sync. It never reaches us.
To generate prompts, your text is processed in transit by Cloudflare Workers (server infrastructure) and Ollama (AI model provider). We send them only the text needed to generate your prompt — no name, email, or account information (we never have any).
None. We retain nothing.
PromptSaathi does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
